Because ANSI and ISO standards are copyrighted documents, including the final 2003 edition of the SQL/XML standard, they are not available either directly from this web site nor by FTP from the SQL standards FTP archives. However, you can purchase them from your country's principle standards organization (that is, your National Body for ISO participation).
